Shake It To Make It – Hands on Mixology Classes
Attendees of mixology classes will learn how to craft two or more seasonally selected cocktails, pair ingredients and flavours for the perfect cocktail, and master the techniques required to become a genuine mixologist.

Classic European sports and exotic cars from the 1950s to the 1990s including Porsche, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes, BMW, Lotus, Morgan and Audi.

Supercar and Hypercar Shootout, everything from classic modern to future cars displayed at speed including cars from McLaren, Lexus, Lamborghini, Pininfarina, Porsche, Acura, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Pagani, Koenigsegg, Singer, Jaguar, Lotus, BMW, Mercedes, Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge SRT and Audi. Broken up into 2 groups.

Manufacturer new and upcoming models showcase themselves up the hill.

Porsche Sports Car shootout – from air cooled 356’s to the newest GT2 RS you’ll be immersed in the best from Stuttgart!
Supercar shootout part deux! Everything Super and Hyper under the sun, except Porsches, as they had their time.
Manufacturer new and upcoming models showcase themselves up the hill.
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Electric car shootout. These cars aren’t loud, but what better way to finish off Sunday than with some fast, modern and clean electric cars.
Time attack, fully-caged race cars are timed for this full-on go up the climb.
